Very rare find. Double hole punched error by E. Pluribus unium. I was able to take high def phototgraphs of the coin to show you the double punch holes that affect the last 3 number of the date. To my best guess, this is a 1970-D Nickel with a double mint hole punch. The punch can be seen as an indentation on the reverse. I have never seen another coin before with this error!
