Item is in good condition. It does have some dirt stains that can be cleaned off. The original fan went bad, so it has been replaced with a replacement Gemmy fan, and the lights inside have been spliced to the new fan. Item does have a few tiny holes around the feet, but it does not affect inflation. Item has tinsel material on the hat and nose for a nice effect. Does NOT come with stakes and tie downs. Sold AS IS.
