This is the Swallowtail Shawl designed by Evelyn Clark Designs. I knitted this about a decade ago using what I believe to be Red Heart Unforgettable single ply 100% acrylic yarn. This shawl always reminded me of butterfly wings with how it looked wrapped around my back. This shawl features Estonian lace and is an absolutely gorgeous piece to style on someone who loves pink. It's time this shawl finally found its forever home since I have never worn it.
I am not affiliated with Evelyn Clark Designs. I found their pattern as a free download on Ravelry many years ago and fell in love with the design as a much newer knitter. I love how it turned out with the worsted weight yarn opposed to the much thinner weight normally used.
