Bucklebury Village Events commissioned pottery firm Emma Bridgewater to design and create the mugs, with a number given to everyone aged under 16 in Bucklebury in celebration of the marriage of Kate Middleton, the daughter of a Chapel Row family, to Prince William. An initial production run of 500 proved to be insufficient as demand for the sponge painted hand-decorated items soared. Total available was 2000. I have 2 available. Never used.
