I have scoured the internet to find something like this, no no avail. It is an estate find from a pair of world travelers who brought back antiquities and local curiosities. I do not find a mark to identify it's provenance. It is not new, but I don't know exactly how old it is. This calendar has two brass rings at the top for hanging. The slides move easily to denote the day of the week, date and month.
