Beautiful lightweight Navy Blue girls coat. The dots are not white. They are a very pale blue color. This is perfect for layering on a chilly day, as it is not thick and bulky.

There are NO stains. No rips, and no tears. This coat is in excellent new condition. Very well cared for. Has not been worn since 2013. It has been properly stored. It is clean, and has no smell. It was only ever washed and air dried on a plastic hanger. It was never placed in a dryer.
