Nicole Miller Collection vintage silk twill button down shirt dress

Stunning silk twill Nicole Miller Collection shirt dress. Believe to be late 1990's early 2000's. 100% silk. Dry clean. Buttons all the way down. Button cuffs. It has a wide elastic band so would have look more like the photos you see with a belt and hit above the knee. The elastic has completely give out and would need replacing. The art deco print has shades of brown, bronze tan, gold, navy and deep red with white. Size M. it measures 40" long, with elastic it would be 18 1/2" from the waist. . 15 1/2" across the top of the shoulders. 23" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 20" across under the arms, 19 1/2" at the waist, 20 1/2" at the hips. A couple other minor issues are the buttons, that I believe are brass have green tarnish. The green is around the button holes and a small faint green transfer spot on the bodice near the button (last photo). Also the front seams of the arms holes are pulled (next to last photo).
