Bought in Restaulant at Helsinki in 2025. Not English. This is a recipe book from a restaurant famous for its pasta. After purchasing it, I leafed through it occasionally. As it hasn't been used in the kitchen, it's in pristine condition. I couldn't find it in bookshops in Helsinki, so I believe it's currently only available at his restaurant.
