CD and Insert will come WITH  a new frame kit. I arranged/overlayed the CD and insert over the sealed frame in the photo so you could see what it looks like framed but you will need to arrange it in the frame yourself (Very easy). I've done this so that you can can orient the CD, insert, and frame exactly how you  decide (vertically/horizontally)  if you want to permanently glue the CD and insert to the frame or use something like painters tape on the backs to keep it secure to the frame.
