This is a Swimmer carry case I purchased a long time ago.
I haven't used it for travel, so the tires are clean. I used it at home to store fabric.
I don't think there are any major stains, but I have uploaded images of a scratch and roughness in image 3.
It has been stored at home, so there may be some minor scratches and slight rust on the metal fittings, but I think it's relatively clean.

Shipping may involve wrapping it in bubble wrap and placing it in a bag.
If I find a suitable recycled box, I can ship it in a box, but a bag is more likely.
