Item Description:
A charming 12" vintage ceramic Halloween figure molded by Scioto Ceramics in 1979 and completed by artist Ginny Tucci in 2001. The sculpt features a smiling witch seated beside a carved jack-o'-lantern, leafy base, skull accent, and cutouts designed to glow when lit. Includes internal wiring for illumination.

Mold dated 1979; hand-painted 2001.
