VTG Rare Preston & York A-2 Leather Flight Jacket Bomber Jacket Brown Medium

This vintage jacket is associated with U.S. Army Air Forces pilots from World War II. The A-2 jacket was designed as a uniform for aviators, replacing the earlier A-1 jacket with a zipper and collar for better insulation and durability at high altitudes. The shell of the Preston & York jacket is genuine leather, and the lining is a map of the United States. The jacket is commonly bomber style with a full zip closure, ribbed cuffs and hem, and dual-entry pockets.
This is a gorgeous jacket.
Only flaw is shown in next to last picture and will cover with leather cleaner.
